First Five / Final Five:

• Take the first five minutes of each day to READ God’s Word, and the final five minutes of your day to REFLECT on God’s Work in your life.
   

The Big Idea:

• In your own words, how would you summarize the main idea of the message?  The passage?
   

From the Message:

• What are some reasons that people are not generous?  Have you struggled with any of them?
• What is the connection between grace and giving?  
• Would you describe yourself—as having more of a scarcity mindset or an abundance mindset?
• Which of the points on generosity connects most with you? And why?
   

From the Passage:

• In 2 Corinthians 9, Paul continues to talk about generosity.  What themes do you see repeated?  What additional themes do you see?
   

Think it through / Talk it over:

• Is generosity just something you practice, or do you need to be
   reminded of its importance from time to time?
• When and how have you sacrificed for the good of another Christian, or even for the church ministry?
• What needs are you aware of in the church or in the world? What have you done about meeting them? If you are not aware, how could you become more aware?
   

Take a Step:

• Truth transforms us only as we take action.  What is your plan to apply this truth?
